Long Island Ice Tea

Now because I am a bartender on the weekends, I make a hell of a lot of Long Island Ice Teas. And while I know they are really nice cause I have a little taste to make sure that what I have made is actually drinkable, I know that they are pretty yummy. But apart from that, I didn’t realise their charm. Until I went out for a friends birthday last night and had a couple. And I was drunkady drunk drunk drunk. :)

  

So here’s to the Long Island Ice Tea - and the headache that I have this morning. Bottoms up!
