Gym thing = sorted

So today I signed up with Fitness First at Sylvania. Even though the service there was terrible when it came to negotiating (or not negotiating) memberships, I figure that I won’t have to deal with them again and I really like the gyms facilities, so what the hell.

The good thing that has come from this is that it has given me a bit of a kick on the bum exercise wise as I have all these new facilities and classes available to me all of a sudden! So here is my new schedule:

Monday: Boxing

Tuesday: Spin class

Wednesday: Normal gym day (cardio weights etc)

Thursday: Circuit

Friday: Normal gym day (cardio weights etc)

Saturday: Boxing with Richie

So there you go. Seems pretty full, but I would also like to do some reformer pilates, basic training (military style) and have a bit of a swim as the gym has a pool I have access to as a member. So much to do, so little time!

And whats more is that I am watching my earting again - seriously this time. I even turned down a paddle pop last night and only ate one or two of Charley’s smarties today - and that is a big deal for this chocoholic!

So I will let you all know how I am going with the gym - at least it will get me out of Menai every once in a while!

Good stuff. Gym’s really are hard to find. I’ve been sick so haven’t bee for a couple of weeks. Must get start again tomorrow. I missing it!

Wow - what a good routine. You put me to shame… Monday - walk, Tuesday - walk, Wednesday - um… walk… Sometimes I put a bit of a jog in there. Oh, and I do a few exercises on the fit ball for a bit of variety :)

Was just thinking the same, you put me to shame. I bought a yoga DVD about a month ago and the disc has yet to make it out of the cover lol.
Its good you found a gym you like.
