There is another thing I hate about January - the constant advertisements for the new shows coming up this year. They run way too frequently all through January, teasing you by including a little more information each time about the show you are interested in.

The worst for me at the moment is The Biggest Loser. The other night, I counted over 10 advertisements during the one show - and the bloody thing doesn’t start until February! That is two and a half weeks away!

So ladies and anything else who may be reading this blog, I am asking you to do what I do. Boycott the ads. When they come on, turn off the tv for about 10 seconds, fold your arms and huff, while your husband laughs at you and tells you you are a freak.
